EDS & TTC

I have a connective tissue disorder. This week I have had a "flare" which means my bones hurt and feel like they are going to break, if I bear weight. I went to the doctor and I don't have clots, or anything serious. But I was just finishing up my prednisone, and the doctor thinks it's a side effect. Anyways, I'm technically DPO 1, but from my labs drawn I know my blood HCG was negative. Does that mean I don't get a hope of conceiving this cycle? I am sorry if this is a dumb question...
