What are you all packing for your baby for his/her hospital bag?

Curious to make sure I don't forget anything!

2 outfits (newborn & 0-3), socks, hat and receiving blankets. Everything else will be given at the hospital.

I didn't use much of anything I packed. My daughter game 3 weeks early unexpectedly. I used some outfits for her and that was it. Wear your hospital gown as much as possible as you will be bleeding a lot and it's better to bleed on the gown than your own clothes, also it's more comfortable. Most hospitals will provide diapering and cleaning sstuff for you, Id find out what they provide

Changing supplies, 3 newborn outfits and 2 outfits that are 0-3 months. 3 hats. Socks. Swaddle, muslin, a bottle (comotomo) and a  organic pacifier with a steriliser. 
I also have lactation pills. 
For myself I have two night gowns, a spare shirt, 2 going home outfits, my makeup. I'm getting some socks, nursing bras and disposable underwear. I have a bellybandit and the bellybandit top. 
The hospital provides mini toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste in my room so I'm not packing those.
