Which foundation is best for balanced skin ( more towards dry but sometimes oily)?

Which foundation is best for mixed ( dry +oily) skin? Please state the brand too. Thanks. The skin  tone is wheatish to fair- in between somewhere.

I have oily skin but I also have eczema so girl my face is a mess. But I LUUUV the Kat Von D foundation. I've tried like $80 foundations and they're no where near as good as that one.
The only thing is though I find I have to wash my foundation brush after like 3 uses bc the make up really sticks to it (and your face, which is gr8) but other than that it's really good!!
Sephora also gives samples, so you can ask them for some before buying too
