Silicone breast pump (like the Haakaa)

I see rave reviews and demos on youtube but i can't get it to work for me. I only get drops out. I've tried doing it while baby is feeding on the other side, on the same side after baby finishes nursing, at night time when baby is asleep, etc. I just can't figure it out. Please share your experience and any tips.
