Bleeding

Ok mommies sorry if tmi but i need your help. Im a ftm 32 weeks 3 days. Well i just woke up(4 am here) im have some cramping mild but definitely there. So i got up to go to the bathroom and i al bleeding. Its bright red and its not a lot but definitely more than a fee drops. Obviously being 4 am my obgyn isnt open. Should i go to the er or wait some. My hospital is 45 minutes away i dont want to go if i dont need to but i dont want to be unsafe either
