Do you think that millennial are lazy/overly picky about employment? Do you think their expectations of hours, pay, working conditions etc are too high? Or you do think that they are unfairly victimised in this respect? Are they just young and naive? Are they actually just as picky and lazy as their older counterparts. I have heard just as many people from other generations saying that they have a right to a particular kind of work at a particular salary etc (e.g. I went to a second rate university to study some really obscure film studies course and haven't been able to find a paid job in my chosen field, it's so unfair!). It just seems like whiny rants from millennials are just more visible because they have a greater social media presence. What do you think?
