PCOS and TTC after MC?

I have PCOS. Was just diagnosed last year. I got pregnant in February after my 3rd round of Letrazole and timed intercourse but had a MC last week. I'm currently waiting for my hcg level to go back to zero. We will then meet with our fertility doctor to see when we can start IUI. I'm very anxious to get started or at least find out when we can start. The nurse said that normally they wait one cycle after a MC before trying again but since I rarely get periods on my own, we will have to see what the doctor says. Anyone here ever been in my situation? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
