calling into work for constipation?

I have ibs so this pregnancy is making my constipation sooo much worse.. I couldnt sleep because my stomach was KILLING ME.. it hurts my stomach for me to even walk right now.. I feel like calling in for this would be so stupid but like I cannot move 😫😫😫😫 I've tried everything natural you could think of, I'm stumped on what to do 😭

Don't tell them anything specific. Just say stomach issues. No normal person will ask for any details beyond that. Hope you feel better!

have you switched to a clean whole food only diet?
do you walk after each meal?
have you taken colace to soften your stool?

Don't feel bad, I have called out of work due to IBS symptoms many times! You don't have to tell them it's bc of constipation, just take a sick day and say you don't feel well.
