Chiropractor!
Has anyone been to a chiropractor? I've never been to one ever let alone pregnant. I have an appointment to later today and I'm terrified! I have neck and back pain and I had back labor with my first child. I'm hoping this is helpful and not painful! Anyone have experiences they can share??
