Baby Is Low

I'm 17 weeks and 3 days and my baby is still very Low along my public area . Is anyone else the same week and your baby is higher ? Someone on here said that there baby is just below their belly button .

Please do not show me black and white pic of the stomach that shows where the baby should be each week . I have seen it a thousand times! I'm asking if anyone else's baby is still that low .
