Breech baby - version?

Question

Went to my weekly appointment today, got checked and everything looks good. At our last ultrasound baby was breech but doctor said she still has time to turn her head down. Do, today, doctor sent me for a quick ultrasound... we all thought she was head down but no!!! We're trying a 'version' in 2 days... anyone went through that? Has the manipulation worked?

I had a version for a complete breech last Monday and it took less then 2-3 minutes and he has stayed head down! 👍🏻

Had my version. Painful! It was not what I expected. Worse yet not as bad. Idk what I was thinking it would be like haha. He did it 5 mins at a time. Had to do it 3 times. The first 5 I about passed out (I have a low pain tolerance, coupled with the medicine to relax my uterus). So they got me washcloths and a fan. After the second 5 he was almost head down so we gave him another minute and he positioned himself head down completely but had a foot above his head, against my cervix. 🙄 so we had to do another 5. He is now head down and face down. I'm not expecting him anytime soon though. Cervix is still nice and thick. 😜🙃 38+1.

My baby is breech as well but after going over everything with the doc we decided against the version and went ahead and scheduled the c section for 39 weeks

Had my version on Friday. I ended up being part of the 1-3% whose placenta tears or rips, causing internal bleeding. It was nothing serious cuz they caught it early, and I was rather surprised it happened to me since I've been told I have a strong, thick uterus and my placenta wasn't just under my belly bottom / stomach front (it was towards the top and back). I needed an emergency c-section (which was a huge bummer for me since I worked really hard towards a 100% natural birth) but all's well that ends well: I got a beautiful, healthy, glowing baby boy 😍

My girl was complete breech on 7/14 (at 37 and 2).  Scheduled the ECV for 7/19 (38 weeks exactly).  My doctor is amazing, and he was able to turn her quickly with the assistance of another doctor.
The most uncomfortable part for me was the pressure on my c-section scar area.  There was a lot of pressure that was uncomfortable, but it wasn't exactly painful.  It took less than 5 minutes, then they kept me for an hour, monitoring my girl's HR and my BP.
At my appt on 7/21, she was still head down.  Hoping she stays that way!  I was certainly nervous, but I'm glad I had the version done.  I really want to have a VBAC.

I have my ECV scheduled for Friday. Still frank breech at the moment.

I have a version scheduled for tomorrow. My doctor recommends an epidural during the procedure. I hope it works!

I did two versions with my last baby cuz he moved back.  After the second one they induced me.  It was painful but fast maybe 30sec. So it was tolerable and worth it
