So late Friday night around 10 ish I was having contractions about 3-5 minutes apart. My husband insisted we go to the hospital but I really didn't feel like being sent home but my facial expressions were telling him it was time. They monitored me and told me that they would keep me being my baby's heartbeat was dropping with each contraction. They induced me. I was at 4 cm by 6 am and they gave me pitocin to speed things up. I was so loopy from the epidural that I hadn't realized his head was low and it was time to push by 11. My husband had just left to get some items and didn't think I would be ready. To make a long story short he arrived just as the head was coming out and I was so worried he would miss his opportunity to help coach me and witness our baby being born and suddenly my contractions were becoming far apart (but God🙌🏾) hubby made it in time and our son was born 11:59 am at 38 weeks 5 lbs 13 0z 18 in long baby Zearan Yorel
