Terrible Cramps
So AF arrived today. I'm having the worst cramps ever like they brought me into tears I can barely sit still half the time. It wouldn't calm down for like 10 minutes. Now it's not as bad but they are still pretty painful! What do you guys do for bad cramps!? I already took 2 ibuprofen they didn't do nothing
