Questions about Plan B and my Period

So a month ago today my fiancé and I had sex and he came inside me. Five hours later I took the emergency contraceptive pill. My period was due to start four days later and it came when it was supposed to and it was normal. Fast forward to yesterday I started to have cramps and technically started my period. But my period is weird this time. Very little or nothing at all shows up on my pad, but when I go to wipe there's quite a bit. So far it's light and I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience and if my period will go back to normal over the next few days that I have it or next month or whenever? Also, if it will consistently be light from now on or if it will go back to the way it was? I'm just stressed a little bit about this because I hope that the pill didn't mess my cycle up for the rest of my life. I may groan and whine about it while I'm on it, but I actually appreciate my period because it's always been normal and it lets me know that my body is functioning properly AND that I'm not preggers.
