Diagnosis.... PCOS
So I posted about going through possible PCOS testing to see if I have it.
I got the results today and I have been diagnosed with PCOS
If there are any tips for me as to live a happy normal life, eating plans, things to help my body, whatever you can share, I'd love for your help.
I'm very scared with this diagnosis and I want to be able to live a happy life.
