I think my baby's coming soon!

I've been feelings pains since yesterday! I felt sharp pains on and off and at night I had what felt like period cramps that came and went every few minutes. Today I felt fine all day until right now it's currently 1 am and i feel like my baby is trying to push! I feel so much pressure down there!! And I'm having some sharp pains again that makes it feel like I have to pee every 5 minutes and it's very painful! Does anyone else relate? I'm 37 weeks one day
