36 weeks and in constant pain!!

Anyone else feeling this way?? It's not just an uncomfortable pain I've been having contractions with this pregnancy since I was about 28 weeks. So it's been an on going thing. But lately it's painful and I mean I can't even walk pain. I went in yesterday just to get checked out because what I thought were BH ended up being actual contractions only problem is that I wasn't dilating so I was sent home. I'm 1cm dilated and my cervix is soft that's all she said. But baby is doing great so I left with that peace of mind. The cramping hurts so bad and it irritates me that these drs would think that I like to waste my time by going to see them. She kept on telling me that I could just be anxious. Umm no! I know what anxious is and I'm in pain not anxious. I hope she comes soon because I don't know how longer I can go on with this kind of pain 😩. To make things worse my hubby got sent 3 hours away for work. I'm from Long Island and he's working in upstate NY. God forbid I was to go into labor today there is no way he would make it back. Trying to cross Manhattan at any given time is hell. So I'm hoping she waits for daddy to get back. Sorry for the long post I haven't slept in forever and I needed to vent.
