Long distance relationship

Hi everyone, I was an exchange student this year and I found a bf there. We're dating for almost 8 months now, we had 6 months when I left. He's ready for everything, for waiting for me, he's super sweet and I love him so much. Past weeks I've been really mad about all the stuff and I've missed him a lot. I just need some love. He understands that and he's super nice to me even when I'm mad. We're thinking about breaking up, but neither of us wants it. Should we do that or should we just wait till we see each other again (next time it will be in December for two weeks and then maybe in summer - we were planning on getting married so we can be together).
