Thoughts on friends with benefits

One of my friends and I are agreed to become friends with benefits. We have similar sexual preferences and like pretty much the same things (dominant and submissive ect). We will both be taking each other's virginity. We both agreed that we'd probably catch feelings for eachother but we don't mind cause it's normal but neither of us want a relationship. He just doesn't want me fucking anybody else but him though and that's where I got confused. I thought the point of friends with benefits was that you aren't fully committed to eachother.

So if you could answer me these questions I'd be grateful x

2. Do you agree that we should only be sexual and intimate with each other?
