water breaking?????ftm help!?

the past few times I've went to pee I've noticed I'll pee and be done then I'll sit for a minute and it seems like I just start trickling but I try to hold it in and can't it doesn't feel like I'm peeing I just hear it hit the water should I be concerned my water is leaking slowly or something I've been cramping but it seems to be spaced out a good amount like it will last about two minutes and be 2 hours apart I'll only get that like twice in a day tho I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow btw I just don't want to over react by going to l&d; and it being nothing cuz I have an appointment Thursday

It's probably pee. Baby is sitting on your bladder and basically splitting it in 2. So when you pee, you only release half your bladder. Then when you get up or move, it might move baby's head enough to release some from the other half of your bladder.
I've had times where I get up to pee in the middle of the night, and I'm holding it just fine, but it still somehow drops and leaks on my way to the bathroom 🙄 and when I use the bathroom, it's still a lot of pee. I just find it super annoying when it leaks while I'm holding it 😒 and I know it's pee because it smells like pee. But I still have no control over it.

Wear a pad. if you're leaking in the pad notice the color and scent of the discharge. If it doesn't look like pee or the normal discharge you've probably been getting all pregnancy I would call your doc. If it is odorless or has a musty smell to it I would call your doc. 
When my water broke, I peed then when I stood up it continued to drip down my leg. I put a pad on and by time I got to the hospital it was soaked.

Happens to me almost every time  I have to use a panty liner all the time. Something my doctor told me since I felt like I was never fully emptying bladder and would trickle right after before getting off toilet. Is to lean forward and wait for more to come out. The position helps the bladder get more out while on toilet.
