I fucked up and need advice

Okay so a while ago I dated this girl and now she's my best friend. Then I started like this boy(let's call him Blair) so me and Blair have been talking for a while and now we a bffs too and then my ex gf told him that we dated and I was bi. And the last time I told my boy bff that I was bi he didn't accept me and told me he didn't want to be in my drama. So I told Blair that I was sorry (idk what for tho) I don't know if I'm mad at my bff or not for tell Blair I was bi. Bc I am trying to figure it out. And now I weirded out Blair and he won't answer me. Ugh🙄🙄😭😭. Any advice??
