I still want to lose weight while pregnant
I am currently six weeks, I am already a heavy set woman but I don't want to gain a lot of weight. This is my first pregnancy, I feel tired all day. I use to work out but I haven't went to doctor so I stopped intense workouts, I walk occasionally but I'm tired mostly. My question is what can I do that won't harm my baby and will help me maintain or lose weight and be healthy throughout my pregnancy
