Plus sized and pregnant

I am TTC and currently 5'7'' and 255 pounds. Overweight, I'm aware. Just began TTC and was wondering how many plus sized women didn't have any trouble conceiving? I'm worried that I'll have issues. Doctor Monday said to work on losing 25lbs because losing 10% of body weight will boost fertility. So I am working towards that, I was just wondering if anyone could ease my mind here. Thanks ladies!
