Advice please ?

I had unprotected sex with my bf about a week ago. I am on the pill but I've only been on it a week and I have been forgetting the time I usually take it so it's when I remember. Now my bf didn't finish in me he pulled out and finished but I could feel it on my private area and what's worse is that I think he rubbed it in 😬. And when I had sex it was the beginning of my fertile window 😐. I thought I was playing it safe with the birth control but now I'm seeing that it doesn't work unless you take it at the same time everyday . I mean I know it's WAY to early to have any signs of pregnancy but I have been so irritated, and sleepy and the urge to pee is real. I'm hoping it's not what I think it is because I'm just starting to get my life together after an ugly divorce with my ex. I mean if it happens then it happens and I will take FULL responsibility for my actions. But what do you think the probability is that I'm just in my head and over thinking things... or should I be really concerned?
