Bf issues

Me and my bf have been dating for a week. Everything is supposed to be starting when its only been a week right? Well he would text me all day for about 3-4 days and then one day it suddenly stopped so we hung out and we did you know what and ever sense weve been fighting. He told me he talks and hangs out with girls and hes not gonna stop and i dont want to have to be worried. Weve known each other for about 3 years and ik how he is with girls.. i dont know how to handle this, its getting out of control...
