He broke up with me

Yesterday he came round, brought all my stuff from his place and left it here.

The night before he told me he loved me and that he was coming round to cuddle and kiss me and that he was going to sleep over.

I am so heartbroken, he told me it's because we argue too much and that it's caused him to fall out of love with me.

He said we can stay friends. I'm struggling so much. I told him my depression is getting worse and I've just been diagnosed with OCD which makes my anxiety terrible. He told me he'd see me [tomorrow] but then just broke up with me😭

I'm genuinely heart broken & I feel sick when I eat. I keep crying.
