wasn't planning for twins lord 🙏😕

so i went to the doctors today for my check up , i'm 4 months pregnant and the doctor tells me THERES TWO ! my heart dropped ! i wasn't expecting. to have twins !! what do i do ??? im having anxiety attacks 💔💔💔💔 i thought i was having 1 baby 😣😔😞 im heartbroken and stressed .. i seriously don't know what to do .
