Yay I lost 4 pounds so far!
I have been struggling with my weight the last couple years or so and I gained almost 60 pounds just from being lazy and making poor choices with what I ate. I've started many times to try to change and failed. We have been TTC for almost a year now and it's been so easy to just slip into comfort food every time the dreaded AF comes. This time though when it came I gave myself just one day to have some sushi haha and then started being better Monday! I've been drinking two smoothies a day and one healthy meal as well as counting my calories and working out. I still need to work on stuff and even though it's probably 4lbs of water weight it's reassuring to know I'm getting on the right track. If anyone has any great recipes to share or tips of how to keep going I'd love to hear them!!
