Baby struggling to poop
My LO has been eating solids since 4 months old. Dr recommended. Now she's 6 months and the doctor recommended introducing meat. I've noticed since I've been giving her meat for dinner (chicken or turkey) she is having trouble every time she needs to poop. She cries and fusses and her face turns so red when she tried to poop. Anything I can do ? To help her pass her poop more smoothly
