haven't been able to go to Dr

I am 21 weeks and 5 days and I have yet to be able to see a dr! My husband makes just a little to much for me to get on medicade and we can't afford to pay the Dr up front like they want :( and they don't do payment plans we are stuck and we don't know what to do we haven't even told our family we are expecting...I understand if I get hated on I just have no clue where to turn too...
