Feelings all over the place

Okay so I was hooking up w this guy for about a month, he was still stuck on this other girl but still led me on, and I caught feelings. I knew he was stuck on her but I still was enjoying hanging out with him so I just tried to be positive. He seemed into me too until he started seeming less interested. It hurt really bad and we talked about it and he said we should still be friends but we shouldn't hook up anymore. The night before he told me that, he grabbed my best friend's butt at a party we were all at. So I got really pissed but I had feelings for him and I know he's a fuck boy and I deserve better but I'm still hurt and I need to get over him bc I know I'm way better than him. I just don't know how to get over him bc I literally think he's so hot ugh

I know he screwed me over and shouldn't have talked to me or given me any hope but like I can't stop thinking about him and hoping he texts me. I feel awful about it
