BREAK UP ADVICE & MORAL SUPPORT :(

My bf and I are going to break up soon bcos he will be moving away for college. When I picture the day we break up I cry so much.... words can't even describe. How am I supposed to break up while we are still in love and just walk away from it?? I just want to keep him close. We're not even breaking up bcos we don't love each other , it's because we both need time to prioritize school... but it feels like we're saying bye forever and my heart can't take it . Part of me understands why we need to break up but other moments I get anxiety and I just feel like I'm going to die. (( I know I won't die)) but it just feels very serious to me since this is my first break up.
