Money issues

So I have been having pelvic floor issues since the birth of my son a year ago. I was doing physical therapy but my urologist recommended I go to a specialist since I'm not making progress. Well my insurance won't cover yeh specialist. The reduced rate for the specialist is $111 a week. I am only working part time right now and we are stretched thin on money. My SO said he thinks we can afford daycare OR physical therapy. The thing is that if I lose daycare I can't work which will impact us financially but I don't make enough to be able to afford daycare and PT. Also if we pull my son out f his daycare there isn't enough room in the class for him to rejoin and he'll be put in a waitlist. But if I don't do te PT I may regress and make my condition worse. I am at a lose. What should I do?
