Immunizations

1st off I'm not for or against, I believe it's a personal choice for each family. Here's the situation. At the guidance of our PCP, my youngest is on delayed vaccination schedule. Both states that I've lived in and the military exempt her based on this. My ex had her this month, His wife, without consent from me, had her caught up on shots. He asked about being up to date, I gave him the medical letters and exemptions, told him she would eventually have them all but was delayed, so he was aware. According to the court order he has visitation only with no say in medical, education, or residential. I am livid. I genuinely hope he didn't hurt her. He also obtained ONLY 1 states immunization records so he had no records from the last 2 yrs which means she got doubled up on some. I politely told him I don't have an issue with them handing medical while she's there, but that I should have been consulted. His response was a bunch of asshole comments followed by "Speak to my lawyer". Freaking a. Guidance here ladies?
