All symptoms vanished 7 weeks: good outcome

All symptoms (slight nausea when I was hungry, food aversions, strong sense of smell, cravings, fatigue) vanished suddenly 5 days ago right at 7 weeks. I just didn't feel pregnant anymore. I hoped they'd resurface as the week went on as week 7-8 is usually when my symptoms really kick in (4th pregnancy, 2 live births). By 7w4d my boobs were no longer swollen or sore, and that was my last remaining symptom. After a missed miscarriage last summer where all my symptoms vanished, I just feared the worst. I was up all night crying. Despite seeing a heartbeat at 6w3d I was sure it was over. I called the dr and begged to get in today because I knew I wouldn't make it through the weekend. I just wanted to know it was over. My mom came with me and held my hand as I closed my eyes during the scan. Then I heard the heartbeat! Measuring 7w5d, right on target. I felt like a loon. Just wanted to put another positive story on the interwebs for those who may be up all night Googling the way I was this week. Apparently symptoms really do come and go. Or just go! pregnancy after loss is a rollercoaster. All innocence is lost. Good wishes to all.
