CoQ10
I have been taking CoQ10 & vitamin E since my last mmc In April to help improve my egg quality. I am now pregnant - wondering if anyone has taken CoQ10 & knows if I should stop taking it now that I'm expecting or not? I will be asking my Dr but jus wanted to hear some stories before hand.
