I want another baby

Hello ladies, I have 2 sons that are 2years 3months and 10months, I always wanted my kids close in age because I personally know how it feels to have siblings that are way younger to u. My brother is 9 years younger than me and my sister is 14 years younger than me. So I feel more like a mom to my sister than a sister. I always wanted many kids but due to the fact I only deliver via c-section now I only want 1 more. Is it too early for me to start thinking about another baby? I want them to grow up together and my body doesn't take BC well so I'm ready to tie my tubes as well after that 3rd baby.
