I had a faint positive but now I am bleeding

Iam only two days late I had a faint positive yesterday and today I had very light spotting and now I am bleeding heavily the reason I took the pregnancy test was because I been peeing more then usual and I had on and of Nausea for 4 days and I had no cramps or back pain that I always get before my period and now that I am bleeding a feel a horrible pressure inside my vagina is that normal that never happen to and now this is coming out does it look like normal

Clots or am I having a miscarriage I never had one and before I have two kids this is the first time I feel so much pressure and when I wipe it's a between a bright to brownish pink color on the toilet paper should I go to the hospital or is it nothing serious
