I'm looking for some opinions on my first cycle since my second miscarriage in June. I haven't gotten AF since the MC but I believe I have ovulated I'm just not 100% sure when. I'm thinking it was cd 23 like glow is showing but I got a larger spike on cd 29 so now I'm not totally sure. If i did o on cd 23 we may actually have a chance at conceiving but I tested this AM and it was a bfn. I'm also not having many symptoms just mild cramping after exercise.
