Kinda freaking out

My last 2 cycles have been different than the rest. I would bleed one whole day then spot the remainder of my period. I went to the doctor and they said everything is fine it's normal but if you have mid cycle bleeding then that's something to worry about. So yesterday I was having cramps, i just thought it's because I'm ovulating sometime this week. I went to the bathroom and I noticed I've started spotting and I'm still spotting today. Should I be worried or?
