Nipple bumps?!?

I've always had these tiny bumps on my nipples. They look like really tiny zits when I look at them closely but they don't ever pop or get worse than what is pictured. I have them on BOTH nipples! Does anyone else get these? And what do I even do about these?! They seem like they've always been there. They aren't painful or anything and my GYNO has never even mentioned them when I get exams. Just wondering if I'm the only one here really and maybe how to get rid of them?
