I'm losing my goddamn mind

My son WILL NOT sleep in the crib, when he cosleeps he rolls and tries to flip to his tummy and arches his back and all kinds of crap so I'll put him in the crib and it's a fucking war because he doesn't want to sleep in there. I take that back some nights he will sleep in The crib fairly easy some nights he won't, period. Pretty much every other fucking night. And tonight is one of those. But he also won't cosleep because he's too crazy and cries anyway and ts just so goddamn frustrating so I NEED to put him in his crib because I get so frustrated and I'm so tired that I understand why they say don't shake the baby, I never would which is why I put him in the crib. In his crib he pulls up to stand and cries and cries and eventually drops and starts crying harder which I go in and make sure he's okay at that point. Do you just let them cry when they've pulled up? Or do you need to adjust them? Idk what the fuck I'm doing so wrong. All I know is I need some fucking sleep. Idk wtf to do I don't have time for fucking sleep training books I don't know what the fuck to do with this. I love him but we BOTH need SLEEP!!!! HELP.
