Just lost my virginity- someone talk me down

Guys im terrified!! My whole life i was scared of having sex because basically every woman in my family is really fertile, and everyone has gotten pregnant in their teens! I at least waited until i was 18..but last night the condom fell off with out us knowing and im terrified!!!!!! Then because of my nervousness i threw up twice and embarrassed myself in the shower, im a fucking mess someone help😭😭😭😭😭😭
