PLEASE HELP. itching.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, UNLESS IM THE ONLY ONE. I know you're not supposed to scratch as it causes stretch marks I guess? we'll i can't help it. my boob itches SOOO badly on the one side I could scream. it's like it in both breasts on the outside side of it facing my arms. even in my sleep I scratch it and it's making it sore and it's breaking blood vessels in it. even when it's sore it is still itching. no, lotion and oil doesn't make it stop. its been this way since I got pregnant just getting much worse. can I use hydrocortisone itch cream on it!?!?
