The Schedules Gone to S***
Our schedules all fucked up man.... our dude was such a good sleeper. He has always gone to bed at 630-8pm and woke up 12 hours later (waking up to eat every few hours which I'm cool with).
Out of nowhere it seems like, he cannot sleep properly. Bedtimes around 7pm and he is waking up between 3am-5am every day.
Usually around 4.
My poor husband wakes up at 4 anyways for work but that doesn't help us over the weekend when we want to get some sleep.
How can I get him to sleep in later? keeping him up later doesn't work. He can't stay up past 8pm anyway or he will pass out. He would still wake up at 4am, just more miserable.
