Did I do the right thing?
I had a job interview today at a local supermarket just for a cashier position. I am 15 weeks pregnant and during the interview I decided to not say I was pregnant. Personally I don't see a point to saying that during the hiring process because legally companies cannot not hire a woman due to pregnancy.
My friend says I was wrong and should've been upfront. Eventually I will definitely say something obviously but for determining my hiring why would I if it doesn't matter? Idk
