Baby shower/sprinkle with second child?

I don't know the gender of our second child yet and I'm not sure if it's normal to have a baby shower/sprinkle for them.

I will be having a shower/sprinkle for all of my children. It's a celebration of a new baby! So regardless of if I get presents or not I will be doing them with each child of mine because I want to celebrate all of my babies as equally as possible

I had a second baby shower because my son is a boy and I'm having a girl this time around… It's usually called a sprinkle shower if they're the same gender I think.

I'm not sure of gender yet, but I will be having a shower for this baby! My son will be 5 once this baby is born and I have absolutely NOTHING from when my son was a baby! I wasn't planning on having another so we gave away/sold everything.
