I'm addicted to xanax and I don't know what to do. I can hardly go 1 day without taking at least one and most days I take multiple and if I do go a day without it I get massive head aches. I kmow I should probably get professional help but I'm not ready for that because no one in my life even knows I take them at all bc I act very normal on them. Idk just venting, maybe looking for some advice..
