what no one tells you about pregnancy

Sarah
today i am 16 weeks pregnant. today i cried in the shower. nobody tells you....
-you won't be able to shave your own lady bits without using a mirror or asking for help.
-that all of a sudden weird little black whiskers will pop out of places like your nipples or chin.
-that your feet will ache and crack no matter how much moisturizer you use.
-that the one way you found to sleep comfortably the night before probably won't work the following night.
-that you'll not have a worry about gaining weight till the second trimester and then every day after that will be a surprise (not the good kind)
-that stretch marks will outweigh freckles at some point. maybe not if you're lucky.
-that you'll make a delicious meal and after you sit down and have the first bite, your stomach will tell your brain it's distrusting and you'll eat cereal for dinner AGAIN.
-that you'll go pee and as soon as you leave the bathroom it will feel like you have to pee again. and you do.
this is just my experience so far. i don't regret even for a second getting pregnant, but my last pregnancy was 8 years ago and boy is it hard this time around.
