My baby won't nap without a hugeeee fight

So she sleeps fine at night.... I can put her down and she puts herself to sleep. But for naps she won't. She will scream her head off for an hour, hit me, look around and start playing. I have to cover her eyes, and put her in the rock n play and turn the vibration and rocking on to get a chance at her napping. Or go for a drive and drive around for an hour. Literally the past week all of her naps have been in the car with me driving until she wakes up because thatsthe only way to get her to sleep.

She's 9 months old... so shes growing out of the rock n play. Idk what to do. She won't nap in the crib. doesn't matter what I do, even if she is just the right amount of tired for a nap, she will fight it and won't just fall asleep like she does at night.she won't cry it out. On the flip side She won't let me rock her. Do they make rock n plays for bigger babies 🙃😭😭

Like i don't understand how people just put their babies down for a nap and I try that and she screams at me for literally as long as I let her or is wide awake for hours. And I don't get why she will fall asleep on her own at night and not during the day (even if her eyes are covered)

Oh also, she won't eat without me pinning her down either. It's great. Motherhood is great. Everything's fine 🙂
